The conical handlebars RFX Pro series F8 are designed and tested for use at the highest level.

The F8 conical handlebars are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and feature an oversized tapered extension (OTE) that provides optimal strength and shock resistance, while the Engineered Flex Technology (EFT) and Progressive Damping Control (PDC) help achieve optimal flexibility and reduce machine vibrations to combat rider fatigue.

The design of the F8 conical handlebars also includes an integrated crossbar, which gives a slightly firmer feel compared to the F7 design and is the preferred choice of some expert and professional riders.

The OTE is an extension of the oversized central section (28.6 mm). Increasing the oversized section beyond the last bend of the handlebar adds significant strength to the weakest part of any handlebar. Coupled with a constant wall thickness of 5 mm even outside the bends, the F8 conical handlebar is one of the lightest and strongest on the market.

The EFT is designed to provide some flexibility in the handlebars. The careful selection of a 5 mm internal wall thickness in the elevation and taper zones of the handlebars helps to reduce the effects of jolts during heavy impacts, while giving the rider maximum feel of the front end in corners. The F8 handlebars have a slightly firmer feel than the F7 due to the incorporated crossbar.

The PDC is created using a thicker wall of 5.3 mm in the handlebar grip zone, which has been calculated to balance and absorb the effects of handlebar vibrations. It operates on a principle similar to the handlebar weights used in sport bikes, but it has been specifically designed and tested to adapt to the range of vibrations produced by modern high-performance four-stroke motocross bikes.
