Wheel Spacers Series Pro

The RFX series Pro wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original ones.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to increase durability. This helps reduce surface wear and decreases the amount of dirt that gets into the hub, which extends bearing life.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them in place in the seals, they reduce the risk of dropping them during maintenance, making wheel changes quicker.

RFX products are tested and used by many British Grand Prix and motocross teams.

  • Construction in 7075-T6 aluminium.
  • Anodised in colour for greater durability.
  • Machined rear location lip.

  • The rear wheel should now be loose enough for you to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
  • The rear wheel should now come off.
  • Remove the wheel spacers.
  • Clean the inside and around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and regrease under the seal.
  • Fit the new wheel spacers.

  • Reattach the wheels and push the axles in.
  • Reinstall the chain and adjust the chain tension correctly by adjusting the axle blocks.
  • Tighten
the large axle nuts to the correct torque.
