Construction

The handlebars achieve the best weight-to-strength ratio on the market thanks to efficient material use and computer-assisted tapered wall profiling, which reduces weight while increasing strength, durability and flex properties.

Materials

The handlebars are made from an exclusive 7010 T6 aluminium that Renthal only offers for handlebars. This alloy has been specially developed to reduce vibrations throughout the structure. The handlebars have a sandblasted surface structure that increases lifespan and durability.

Manufacturing

The handlebars are manufactured exclusively in the Renthal factory. The Fatbar undergoes an advanced 17-step manufacturing process, where raw tubes enter and the finished handlebars exit.

Testing

Each Renthal handlebar design undergoes a series of intensive tests to check strength, durability, material integrity, surface finishing, impact resistance and dimensional accuracy. By working with top-level racing teams, we receive crucial feedback for developing the best handlebars.
