The all-new version of the Kawasaki KX250F has arrived, and Yoshimura offers a complete RS-12 Signature Series exhaust system to propel this new green machine straight onto the podium!

The latest KX250F features a new chassis and engine. It was time to work on improving the performance of the new KX. During development, the new 250 responded very well to the RS-12: +3.3% power at 11,000 rpm and up to +3.4% torque at 10,600 rpm. This gives the KX250F 2025 more power at the top and better connectivity down low and in the mid-range.

The new RS-12 for the KX250F 2025 comes with an INS-31-K sound insert installed. This insert not only produces a pleasing exhaust sound but also offers the best performance for the new Kawasaki. A SA-21-K spark arrestor is also available separately if you enjoy venturing into the woods.

Some features of the new RS-12:

• Machined carbon face gasket: the new machined carbon face gasket no longer requires anti-seize. This is made possible by impregnating the surface of the stainless steel gasket with carbon atoms, which reduces wear and friction.
• Collector resonator: our collector resonator is not just for aesthetics; it allows us to maximize power throughout the range while improving rider connectivity.
