Fly Racing Motorcycle helmet Formu CC Undglowâ

Homologation

• Approved ECE 22.06 / DOT

Adaptive Impact System (AIS)

• Three-dimensional composite shell made from carbon fibre, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fibreglass. Kevlar® and fibreglass create a lightweight shell with increased puncture resistance.
• Impact energy cells made with RHEON, designed to maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain.
• The Conehead® technology from dual-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) provides a softer shell, where the cones help manage or absorb impact force more effectively. Six critical zones have been tuned for progressive response to low and high-speed impacts.
• The expanded volume EPS means that strategic areas of the helmet have more shock-absorbing EPS, providing more cushioning between your head and the ground.

Construction

• The expanded polypropylene (EPP) chin bar adds an extra element of impact mitigation and is used in the chin guard for its superior damage resistance and energy absorption properties.
• The clavicle relief zone has a soft area filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.
• Custom moulded rubber trim with integrated nose guard
• Lightweight custom visor screws and stainless steel D-rings

Weight

• 1340 grams +/-50 g (size MD/LG), 2.9 lbs +/-0.11 lb (size MD/LG)

Comfort

• The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are made from washable, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial materials.

Ventilation

• True Functional Ventilation (TFV): in motion, air is expelled through multiple intake vents, then travels through lined channels in the EPS and exits through multiple exhaust vents at the back.

Accessories

• Soft fleece helmet bag included
