The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and number plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
