CHARGE

Recovers fully discharged batteries from 4V thanks to its unique pulse charging. Faster charging – thanks to smart charge control that selects either pulse or continuous charging based on sunlight intensity. Smart maintenance – continues the next day if the battery has retained charge overnight, otherwise the program returns to the OPTIMIZATION stage.

CONTROL

The battery status is displayed every 3 seconds. Ready indication for standard, high-performance AGM, and lithium LFP batteries. The control mode uses less than 0.5 mA. Automatically switches to CHARGE mode when there is sufficient solar energy.

INSTALLATION

The OptiMate charger-controller is independent of the solar panel and can be placed near the vehicle or battery for easy monitoring of charge and maintenance indications. The solar panel must be mounted and exposed to direct sunlight. The range/distance between the battery and the panel is 315 cm / 124". To extend this, use OptiMate O-03, O-13, or O-23 extension cables and connect them between the solar panel and the OptiMate charger-controller.
