Bumpers Givi Yamaha tenere 700
- Investing in a good crash bar for your motorcycle is a good idea. Crash bars protect your motorcycle (read: mainly the engine) in case of a slight fall or clumsiness... You have to admit that they give a look adventurous and even a little rough.
- Atorigine, it was mostly enduro bikes that had crank guards, but nowadays even naked bikes, customs, off-road and touring bikes have adopted the principle. An indelicate landing or a clumsy handling is always likely to cause a lot of damage to the motorcycle but also to the engine block. With a diameter of 25 mm, this frame will be able to retain a lot of shocks.
- This does not mean that your bike will never be damaged. It certainly won't. Crankcase guards have proven themselves time and time again, but they are not a total guarantee. The pipes are made of high quality metal and are welded to last. In addition, they can be used to support an extra set of headlights.
- While it's great and fun to do-it-yourself, and we encourage you to do so, this is motorcycle safety equipment. If in doubt, we recommend that you seek professional help.
- However, if you are confident enough in your own abilities, we are happy to share this tip with you: Tighten the bolts until they are in the right place. This way, you still have the possibility to 'slide' a little more to adjust the whole thing.
