This new technology, such as the shell of a turtle (Turtle), functions on the same principle as the helmet of the motorcyclist: on the outside, a rigid shell (the back) covering the soft material on the inside in contact with the body (the airbag)
This synergy between the hard shell and the airbag proves to be frighteningly effective during an impact against a pavement, a guardrail, a traffic post, etc...
