The mid-season waterproof version of our highly successful summer model, the SPARK WP is the perfect glove when rain threatens, or when temperatures simply start to cool down. It indeed includes a waterproof-breathable 5_DRYTECH™ membrane, partially bonded to the palm for a perfect grip on the handlebars, allowing you to stay dry even in heavy downpours. Provided, of course, that you've made sure to wear your waterproof jacket over it beforehand. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish waterproof glove, with dynamic qualities inspired by sportier models. While it is clearly aimed at urban use, it features an ErgoProtech® metacarp protection shell with a honeycomb structure. The SPARK WP is meant to be discreet, hidden under a sleek laminated fabric that raindrops merely brush against. The city is full of traps and slippery roads, especially in autumn. So, since we often instinctively put our hands forward in case of a fall, the full-grain leather palm of the SPARK WP accommodates a soft “slider” shell that will protect its rider in the event of an unexpected contact with the ground. The rest of the time, it knows how to go unnoticed, causing no discomfort on the handlebars. The SPARK WP is therefore reassuring, as well as comfortable. It is also practical: equipped at the thumb and index with the TouchScreen™ system, it allows you to zoom in with two fingers on the screen of a smartphone or a touchscreen GPS. This makes it easy to find your way in the middle of a metropolis. The entry of the glove is greatly facilitated by the addition of a Lycra® insert located under the Velcro adjustment tab. A very useful detail when you're frequently putting on or taking off your gloves while moving from one appointment to another in the city.
