SHELL The shell is available in three sizes (S, M, and L), made from advanced ADT thermoplastic, a blend of thermoplastic resins with high impact resistance. PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE Internal polystyrene is made in three sizes (XS, M, and L) for better ergonomics and variable density. This feature allows for a progressive and gradual absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Even though most of the energy generated by the impact is absorbed by the outer shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of the polystyrene is crucial for absorbing residual energy. VISOR The visor is made of polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant treatment. The new ratchet system allows for the removal of the visor without tools. TT-Revo features a brand new locking system (PAT PEND) to secure the visor in the closed position while riding.
