The engineers Boyesen have developed a series of technical innovations in their range of intake systems to optimise power, torque, and flexibility: Aerodynamic Surface Optimization (optimisation of internal surfaces), Model-Specific Reed Petal Tensioning (reeds specific to each model), Material Fuel Resistance (materials resistant to hydrocarbons), and Multi-Stage Reed Timing (staged opening reeds).
The reed valves BOYESEN are developed specifically for each motorcycle model.

• 100% aluminium reed valve body, optimised internal surface
• 4-way diffuser to optimise flows and prevent pressure losses
• Admission pipe and fixing collars included, direct fit without modifications
• Variable flexibility reeds, specific to each model (made of aerospace-grade carbon)
• Rubber-coated reeds resistant to hydrocarbons ensuring a longer lifespan of the seals
