Here is the fruit of our collaboration with the nonuple Champion of the World of enduro, Steve Holcombe and the Champion of the World E2 2019, Loïc Larrieu, after long months of development: E2 a gant truly designed and engineered for enduro riding, whether for leisure or competition. It offers the performance of a gant motocross bike combined with a superior level of protection, essential for tackling the elements encountered in the great outdoors. Like branches and rocks, which can be quite aggressive... because you can't always keep your hands hidden behind handguards, especially in the event of a fall. That's why we've integrated just the right amount of reinforcement or protection in strategic places, so as never to impede movement. Such is the case with the ERGO PROTECH® double shell in flexible TPR. Sufficiently protective in the event of contact with a trunk or rock, yet almost imperceptible on the handlebars. Particular attention has been paid to ventilation, with the adoption of a mesh fabric on the inner half of the hand, without forgetting to retain resistant materials on the outer half, which is more exposed to friction of all kinds (trees, brambles, rocks). And since enduro riding requires long hours on the handlebars, contact with the controls had to be welcoming and comfortable. The E2 is therefore equipped with a palm made of AX® Suede Novobuck™, a material that is both grippy, pleasant and resistant, and 2mm rubber foam pads on the palm and 3mm on the thumb. As you can see, with E2, FIVE offers an Enduro-specific gant that will quickly become a benchmark...
